Each item is produced specifically for your order in your chosen colour. It is not stock — production begins after purchase, and dispatch times are shown on each listing.
Worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service; any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Because items are made to order, a cancellation is only possible before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to cancel or change your order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Made-to-order items are otherwise non-returnable unless faulty.
Products are handmade; slight variation in colour, texture, and finish between pieces is normal and not a defect. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished item.
